And finally… you can manage your subscriptions settings and turn off auto-renewal by going to the subscriptions section of your Google Play account.

Avoid this app. I paid $85.79 for a yearly membership because it advertised free event tickets, then the app pushed me to a sketchy Shopify checkout outside of app that still tried to charge me for those “free” tickets. The same events were also on Eventbrite. Google also caught a second attempted charge. The app did not deliver the benefit I paid for, and the refund process has been a nightmare. Misleading, convoluted, and deeply untrustworthy.

Hi Oakley, we’re so sorry for the misunderstanding here! We understand the support team are helping investigate what's happened. We've recently introduced events that require a supplement to our standard event offerings, which sounds like it's caused the confusion. Eventbrite as it's a great way for people to find out about Jigsaw. Hope this helps!

The app its self can be buggy, however purchasing the subscription is worth it for the events alone vs paying for individual events. As far as the actual events I've had nothing but good experiences, met some amazing people and find new venues. It can be a little chaotic and disorganized sometimes but that's just dating in general lol and having a tool like this is invaluable! Also dont rely on the app to go on date with someone you like, just ask! Otherwise you defeat the whole purpose of IRL!

First time seeing this app/service last week and already the app appears to still be buggy. I spent time inputting my data to come back and most of it didn't even save. I also read some older reviews that look like it's been an issue for a while but hasn't been fixed. Not everything has to have such a detailed app, you know! I'll still try one of the IRL events since it seems like it might be a fun and low-pressure space for singles over 40 since they're pretty hard to find.
